We were approached by Berkeley Homes where they had planning issues with the building due to the loss of community space in Stamford Hill, where there is a shortage of school spaces. As they know PSS had a number of key clients within the orthodox Jewish community, within 7 days PSS had negotiated a sale on behalf of Berkeley Homes to a well-established Orthodox charity. Both sides were extremely pleased with the outcome of the transaction.
We were approached by an established regular PSS client who had been trying to purchase the site from a local agent but felt that they were not taking him seriously. PSS agreed to act on their behalf. We negotiated a price and took the process from viewing through to completion. We are now instructed to market the property by the client.

A West End agent informed us that they were about to discreetly market a gym premises that they had just repossessed. We gained instructions to act on behalf of the gym operator. We negotiated terms to acquire the premises, terms were agreed and the gym was in situ within a few weeks.
We were asked to appraise the hotel and adjoining flats by an accountant contact. We were instructed and not only agreed a sale price that they were delighted with but also converted it into a share sale rather than a property sale saving both sides considerable amounts of money.

We knew it would fit nicely into a client’s portfolio, we agreed fees with the client and negotiated a deal with the receivers’ agent a transaction with PSS that suited all sides.
