PSS Update – November

PSS has had a great month so far for freehold instructions.

We went to market with a beautiful Victorian warehouse office development at 22 Union Street, Barnet EN5, which we sold to the client approx. 10 years ago and let it at the time to an adoption charity.  They have served notice on the Landlord to leave on lease expiration.

We had 3 viewings and have secured a great purchaser for owner occupation at a price the vendor is happy with.

We have taken instructions of a shop and upper parts with a well-known solicitor’s practice on the ground floor and reversionary ground rent investment of 2 flats in the upper parts.

This should be of interest to investors as well as owner occupiers that would be happy to risk persuading the commercial tenant to relocate.

170 Archway Road, a great instruction of a shop and upper parts in Highgate with 2 flats let by way of ASTs and a vacant retail unit.

The upper flat is a great HMO of approx. 1,232 sq. ft. while the lower ground floor flat benefits from its own entrance off the mews to the rear and boasts the sole use of a garden.   We feel the shop could be let for £18,000 – £22,000 per annum.

If you are looking to sell a shop and upper part or any commercial property, please call the North London commercial experts, PSS Commercial.
